Straight from the Horse's (ass) Mouth
The following is a snapshot of Toshiba's Service Depot records for my case
as of October 17, 2000. That's nine days after I received the replacement
machine, over two months after I first called, and the original is
still being repaired. I have blocked out my case and serial number, but if
you're from Toshiba and reading this and you want to look this up, feel
